I'm gonna start implementing them in my life, specially waking up early, I never go to bed without washing my face, and do make my own bed. Frequently washing my hands and all. But other things that you draw attention that I never think of like pillow covers and sunscreen, Thank you :) All the love xx

@@gargiesan try to follow which points are possible to follow. Also donn work in night shift for too long time. For few montha it's fine but not good for longer time. Change shift in between.

miss. PC before updating the beauty...we have to fill the stomach...so I can't somehow...but I must say night shift is good...no daylight no tan..and doesn't matter we can manage by sleeping at daytime too 😅
