1 15 oz can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained. 1/8 teaspoon each of garlic & onion powder & 1/4 teaspoon each of cinnamon & smoked paprika. 390f/198c for 5 min, spray w/ oil, then 5 min, shake, 5 minutes, add 1/2 of seasoning, 2 minutes. Pour in bowl & stir in remaining seasoning.

Simple tip: I have a number of air fryer cookbooks, and a pretty common theme is dehydrated spices. Garlic powder and onion powder and paprika are probably the most common. I get tired of constantly measuring these things out, so to save time I just mix a larger shaker full of these. It actually allows for more even coverage as well.

Cathy I just got an air fryer from Costco, a Gourmia and I love it. Air Frying is such an adventure for me (converting Oven time and temp. to air fryer time and temp) I was wondering if I can cook without the fryer tray and just in the bottom of the basket ? Just found you in Sept 2022 after buying an air fryer and being disappointed with the Corosi manual and recipe booklet in my UK delivery. Tonight cooked a couple of sausages and LOTS of veg after watching your veggie video. Thank you and yes veggies are so yummy cooked this way. I tried a version of your honey mustard salmon tonight. It was so good. Instead of a sling, I made a foil pan. Once I brushed on the honey mustard sauce, I sprinkled with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon zest. It was so moist and tasty!

Hay I love your site-- here’s an idea for busy mom or stay home dad-- save the produce bags from the grocery store, drop your Brussels Sprouts, sweet potatoes etc, pour in oil, shake over sink to coat in the cooking oil, empty contents into basket, drop bag in trash- saves clean up and reduces oil in house drains ... keep it up...🙏

I got an air fryer for Christmas. What I would love to see are basic recipes for chicken, ground turkey, fish, etc. One I master the basics, I can make more complicated ones. These recipes look delicious. Sausage, spinach and cheese looks wonderful.
