Hii i like your vedios very helpful could u please tell what all vaccines required before and after pregnancy
@Truptwellness4 жыл бұрын
Hello Rajeshwari, Thanku dear. During pregnancy one needs to take 3 vaccines . 1 TT dose , 1 Tdap, 1 influenza vaccine . Both TT are given in late second trimester and third trimester. Influenza shot can be taken at any time during pregnancy.

We don't have banana trees in Germany. You can only eat on ceramic plates
@Truptwellness4 жыл бұрын
Hello dear , you can use steel plates if you get access to it instead of ceramic

I actually have 2 questions. Firstly, about panchamrit that you mention in another video. Doesn't the ayurveda also say that you shouldn't mix milk and curd? Secondly, you advice small 6-8 meals at regular intervals. But doesn't ayurveda say you shouldn't eat another meal until the previous meal has been digested? As it can cause ama dosha? Does that not happen in pregnancy?

Hello Shriya , here curd is taken in very minimal quantity along with other ingredients and so it’s not harmful in any ways . Also the curd should be fresh , sweet , fermented for 6-7 hours , not stored in refrigerator. 6-8 meals are designed as per the need of pregnancy phase . Also the meals are light and easy to digest. Ama dosha is caused if the person’s Agni (digestive fire is low). In such cases you should always go for customised diet plans as per your Prakriti (body constitution)
