Love your videos!! Two years ago a coworker started a “walking club” at school so every morning we walk. Last year he stopped walking with us but we still continued and this year we are still doing it. Yes, sometimes we can’t because of meetings we have but for the most part we still walk!! I also try to take a walk o weekends!!

Have you read “The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry” by John Mark Comer? I love that book and my husband and I are trying to implement a lot of that book into our daily lives. He’s much better at it than me so far but I’m working on it!

I observe Saturday as Sabbath. I grew up doing this and have never stopped. My observance has changed throughout the years, but the more you can get away from doing things you would normally do the other six days, the more restful Sabbath is. I just have to be careful not to sleep a bunch on Sabbath because while that is technically resting, it’s not always good for my body. 😊 I would like to spend more time out in nature, especially on Sabbath, and also continue to cut down on my screen time. I like what you said about avoiding things that make us feel numb.
