Luxury by definition is a want and not a need. These are just minor/subtle improvements to what you need. The issue is that luxury brands include marketed “cheap” or okay items for status symbols. I still own both luxury and bang for buck items. We should never overspend on our budget and have enough for emergencies and retirement.

eBay auction the Pink Tudor sold at $10.4k after 3 day bid with a $6k retail. eBay prices have been falling down to this range of pricing since so many are now on the grey market. I would say right now 10 are for sale on eBay.

If I have to make a prediction how much steel sport models are to drop by early 2025, I would say another 5-10% drop is likely. Bruce Wayne/Batman-Batgirl/Bluesy probably will be around $15-16k. Pepsi $17-18k. 126500 white dial $28-30k. Starbucks $13-14k. 126610LN 11.5-12.5k. 124060 10-11k. These are my prediction for Spring ‘25.

Watches are already overpriced at retail, paying up to three times the amount is insane. As a stylish man, I wear my watches to complement me. My watches don’t wear me. I think the “watch market” is hype for the pink Tudor and dealers will flip them to each other, but the steady drop indicates consumers are not eager. The GMTs are available and there is no need to buy from grey dealer over list. Panda, naahhh, it's a waste, they already have a bunch of previous pandas and they all look the same. Patek, ehh, wait til after new years, the ad will have plenty.

I’m going to be honest and say I didn’t watch this video I’m just here to comment, I’ve collected watches for over 30 years and I have absolutely no care or knowledge of what is hot, I’ve never bought from a dealer and I’ve never watched a video by a dealer, anyone that buys and sells something for profit that is supposed to have a soulful connection to you is probably not the person required to view, anyone that titles about these little mechanical wonders with the word “hottest” id generally run as far away as possible. Buy what you love, enjoy what you like, leave the flexing to the bling kings and leave the “hottest” buys to the hell bound superficials.

This list is comical at best. List a bunch of watches that 90% of the community will never even see due to flippers buying up every piece the market has to offer. Thus over-inflating the market on these particular brands. I mean k Mon a pink Tudor that retails at $5k selling for $10-$15k? It’s just a pink Tudor people!!!
