Thank you for this. I HAD watched this last year. I get Classroom management -when I have normal students. These classes , no TIME TO GET ACQUAINTED with students. They don’t sit, they LIE & don’t say their name. After it took 20 minutes to take attendance due to noise, interruptions, questions, and students walking around _at Lunch, a school teacher told me to be firm when doing attendance. If they DONT Hear their name ONCE , they are MARKED Absent, no coming up after and THEY WILL GET lunch detention . ♦️I didn’t know I had that authority. They try to hide cell phones behind chrome books or under sweat shirts and FO T put them away. I give praise but basically Zthe WEL BEHAVED ARE IGNORED AS SLL STTE TION goes to a users.
