As a pale 15 year old with pimples all over; these kinds of videos help. It’s always great how the older generation has transferred their knowledge towards the youth. I went back to using whoop again, I even tried to cancel again and stay with only the apple watch, due to the monthly price. I don't know which is more accurate but whoop is more comfortable and I never take it off so I decided I'm going to keep it with me and use it as best I can for my health
