Doing this series for the second time and it is equally challenging this time. But the besr part being, it is equally enjoyble. Acharya Tara Dutt ji explains everything so well. I have worked out in a gym for 12 years now but nothing can compare to the benefits I acheived when I started practising Yoga. So glad that I came across Siddhi Yoga. Love from USA :)

Thank you sir for day 5 but i have completed it only by27 min.i had fast yesterday so may be little bit tiredness. I will complete it by tommorow again.doing 15 min pranayam after this 27 min.thank you so much for valuable sessions.

Yes ! You can do Inversion asana and active pranayam forbidden during periods .
