Calling it a D league team is way too far. All those guys were solid role players, there just wasn't a second star. I would say the other 4 starters + 6th man Sam Cassell were all solid championship level role players. Again though, usually teams have like 1 more star + those kind of role players. Say a team like the Clippers this year. Imagine that team without Paul George, and you got those Rockets. Kawhi without Paul George could probably still win some series, but he would need a Hakeem esq performance to get them the Championship.

#1 is the 1968-69 Boston Celtics. 48-34, 4th in the East and just barely got in. Russell and Sam Jones in their last year at 35 years old. They had Rookie Don Cheney, Jim Ard, Emmit Bryant, Don Nelson (not a bad player) and a just coming into his own John Havlicek. But, they sweep a the 57-win Bullets, took the Knicks in 6 and beat the Lakers in 7 for the chip. And in no way were they as good as the Lakers. Jerry West said that this loss hurt so bad he thought about quitting.

Prior to that they were claiming to be the only Championship team to have NO Hall of Fame member - now they're tied with Walton's Portland team and Hakeem's Houston team with ONE. Potential tie breaker - Big Ben is the ONLY member of the Hall of Fame with a significant NBA career that was NEVER DRAFTED.

I love when Wilson gives the 94 and 95 Rockets love, Dream was my favorite player growing up and those teams were SO clutch. The 94 team was better, but 95 Dream was like a God descended from Heaven. Heres a few names who either started or played big minutes in the 95 playoffs for them: Chucky Brown, Pete Chilcutt, Charles Jones, and Carl Herrera. If you are reading that saying "Who?!", that's exactly my point.

Just a reminder that his backup in 94 was Earl Cuereton, who was labelled a scrub with a poor attitude about 10 years prior, but somehow gave them quality playoff minutes including in the Finals against NYC. Similar story for Charles Jones, but he was one of the famous Jones brothers from McGehee, AR who all played at Albany State (Wil, Major, Caldwell, and another brother who coached Albany), so even though he was a minor contributor even in his best years he was well regarded as a role player who could give you solid minutes against elite centers like Robinson and Shaq. Though Bill Russell in college is VERY underappreciated - 56 win streak (extended to 62 after he graduated) and LESS HELP than the UCLA bigs had. Same 2 championships as Walton, then led THE MOST DOMINANT OLYMPICS SQUAD EVER (higher average margin of victory than The Dream Team!). I'm not sure I put Kareem higher than *3'd* in his college career - though it's definitely an argument for all 3.

I disagree with this and this is why. Every player the Trail Blazers beat. Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Julius Erving, Artis Gilmore. Michael Jordan had a problem with. The Bulls couldn't even get close to a championship. Michael could have won it. He was there in the 80's with them all playing. It wasn't until they all retired that The Chicago Bulls won their Championships. Let me go to game 6 of 1992. I had not watched that game till Sept of this year. I went to church that night back then in '92 came home afterward saw the score. I just figured O well. Upon seeing the game Michael Jordan and the Bulls were a step and a half behind the Trailblazers. Until the 4th Quarter. They no longer called traveling on the Bulls. Clearing up the step and a half lag they had. Just watch it. Now put somebody you've never heard of Bill Walton in the middle. Come on you saw him play against the Lakers in 4 straight. Against the Sixers in six games. Now put Walton in the middle. The Blazers win game 6 against the Bulls. And Michael Jordan is back in the 1980's. I rest my case. I'm glad I got to see that Bulls-Trailblazer game 6 of '92 this year. It explained a lot.

It's a disgrace to put the 2011 Mavs team on here! That team was loaded! A true super team in their own right! I believe that team had 4 of the top 10 leaders in 3 pointers made (at the time)... Defensively they were also immensely talented, particularly with Kidd and Marion combining to hold LeBron to under 18ppg in the NBA Finals. Kidd and Dirk are both top 25 All Time players, if they had played together while both in their prime, we'd be talking about a true NBA dynasty.

Kawhi, when healthy and playing 100%, is the best all-around player in the league and their team defense was historic. Their bench was one of the best all-time so how is that one of the least talented? They weren't loaded with all-stars in their starting line-up, but their rotation was one of the best.

Conor Jones I have e lakers winning the chip over Milwaukee in 6, and even though I’m a raps fan I still like LeBron (people up here hate him cuz he destroyed, abused, annihilated, and humiliated the Toronto Raptors 3 years in a row in the playoffs. However I do think it’s better if the raps play the lakers over the clips of the make the finals cuz the lakers are more inconsistent and raps have already shown they can beat em
