The only person on this list I would like to be taken off is Iron Man. The Iron Spider suit was basically a handicap so it doesn't really count in my book. The rest are accurate enough to remain. There is a comic where Spider-Man looses his memory and then basically fights against iron man and if i remember correctly, destroys him and his suit (since he doesn't remember how strong he is and doesn't hold back that much). Pete is also one of the smartest ppl in the MCU but i wouldn't put him above tony. So idk some ppl on this list make sense but some other just don't rhyme with me especially since the title says "... can't beat". I would assume that he could also beat Shang Chi and the Panther if it were to come down to it (but i haven't read enough Shang Chi nor Panther to really know). Spider-Man is basically sometimes stronger than you would think (or should be possible) and sometimes it's the other way around. At the same time i find it odd how the writers make spidey look really weak sometimes. Like in some instances he can take a few punches from hulk and in some other instances he gets hit with a baseball bat and falls over like cmon man.
