Lexapro is a really good one for anxiety. And with it being generic, it’s cheap. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with it. Buspirone is overstated by some as a sedative. I’ve seen zero sedating side affects too. As a result, I think it gets a bad rap.

I also was prescribed Lexapro but I won't be taking it because it ruins my precious sex life and it cause pssd also Wich is permanent I wouldn't want to become impotent 😆

I take Lexapro (15mg daily) and Clorazepate (30mg daily) and finally I feel safe from my anxiety. Those medication helped me to get out of the house or even go to shop for groceries. That steps are beginning of my better life. :)

Lucky to have a doctor who would prescribe me valium 1-3 times a year when my anxiety is at its worst to help as well as seeing a therapist. :) Greaat video

These medications are good while you're on them but getting off of them is hell.. The withdrawals are debitating and harmful to your health.I would recommend not taking any of the controlled substances because they are not good for you in the long run because getting off of them is hell.

All these drugs are addictive. Best never to start. Take a walk or see a psychologist to deal with your anxiety in an organic way.

I wish I could have some seconal for anxiety. Why has no one come up with glutamate receptor antagonists for anxiety? A bicycle is one of the very greatest anxiety medicines. Phenothiazines *cause* terrible anxiety.

Hello. Have you tried or looked into microdosing mushrooms? I have a friend who does this, and he said it works wonders for his anxiety, and depression. He also claims that he doesn't do it every day, and that he doesn't seem to have any symptoms of withdrawal. I know that this is currently controversial, and I'm not a doctor. I wish you find something that helps! Imo, nobody should have to needlessly suffer if there is something that could help with what they are experiencing. Take care 🙂

@@Jemalacane0 Mushrooms that contain Psilocybin. I would suggest getting a mushroom identification book, and a book on mycology. Depending on where you live, you can find them for free! You just have to be very careful to pick the right ones, and know the laws where you live concerning them. This is not to be taken lightly, and you could do more harm than good if you don't know what you are doing. Again, I'm not a doctor, and don't condone picking random mushrooms. I wish I could help you out more, but definitely talk to an expert if you can find one.👍

I'm bipolar and use lorazepam, but my psychiatrist moved in July and I can't find a new one in my area. I'm trying to stretch a 1-month supply of lorazepam to 2 months, but after that, I don't known what to do. I know the side effects of stopping the medication are horrible. Even now, I need to use at least 1.5 mg/day to be able to sleep and concentrate on my work. Do you have any suggestions for what I should do? Thank you.

Klonopin and benzos are terrible you should go to therapy and face your problems not run over time they will stop working and you will have to take more and more. Doctors should have to take them and get off before prescribing so sad it’s all for money
