Now, as a certified Spin class Instructor and certified fitness trainer, my goal is to provide you with fun, motivating, and energizing indoor cycling and strength workouts that motivate you to be YOUR BEST YOU! I saved this video a few months ago. I tried it then as a beginner and found it difficult, couldn't finish all the exercises. Retried today and nailed it. Thank you love the cycling sessions too.

Glad I found this as a post spin add on! Other body weight ab workouts I’ve tried rely a lot on crunch variations, which really stresses out my neck. I know that means I need to adjust my form, but that’s just where I’m at right now. This workout helped me avoid too much neck stress! I would love to see more of these please! I like to do some strength training while my heart rate is boosted from a spin

Only been at it a couple weeks. I can finally get out of the saddle but only for short periods. I like team sprint! I didn't feel I needed to stop at all, just need to work on my 2nd and 3rd positions.

I just had my second child and my self esteem was not good..at all! I was so insecure about my baby belly. I've been doing your beginners cycling video every other day, and your ab workouts every other day. I love how simple they are, but challenging as well. Did this after the 20 minute online class 56 so quite a bit of fatigue. Some I did well but others like the legs up were very tough. Will try to do this a bit over the next month
