This used to be soooo hard for me a year ago but these days it’s an easy warm up and I already had a tight six pack but this makes my abs much wider, bigger, and don’t even get me started on how nice it’s made my obliques look ;)

Awesome!!! This was one of your toughest workouts yet!!! The static leg lifts followed by reverse crunches then flutter kicks and star fish... killer on my lower abs! Thanks for this (although I'll probably be sore later 😅)

This really was a hard workout... I was thinking of throwing in the towel... but instead went through your video as usual. I have to go to brazilian jiu jitsu now :/ Fourth day in a row. Living that active lifestyle can be a challenge lol.
