Thanks for the video. I have a pair of variable dumbbells (11 lbs to 44 lbs). So I maxed them 2x44 lbs and took them for a farmers walk on the street 6:00 in the morning. Not a soul out. Walked until I could not hold them any more, 310 yards. Took a minute rest turned around and started walking home. So I could do 150 yards before I could not hold any more, waited and repeated this until I got home. 620 yards of farm walk ... that should be good overloading. I have filled my mornings with 45 to 60 min of weight training every morning, at home since we started isolation, using a pair of dumbbells, a rubber band and my body weight. Try to have an awesome day guys, even with this virus, we can find some joy in keeping our selfs in good shape.

Exactly. I am in Edmonton Canada and have been making great gains as a guy in my late 50's then all the gyms shut down here as well. So I went and bought some plates for an old EZ bar I have and am doing what I can.

Tried this one today.. Just as good as the last one with no dumbbells. However, I am recuperating from a muscle strain in my shoulder so the hardest exercise for me was the side to front raises with the dumbbells. I started out with 30s, but was too much strain on my shoulder and had to drop to 20s. I think I could have dropped to 15s or 10s and still gotten a good workout from it. I like the use of on screen titles and timer. That makes it much easier to follow along. Definitely a good quick workout.

I have done this workout a couple dozen times at this point, I double up, two times through (four circuits/rounds total), 20s the first time, 30s the second time, except for the raises, where I drop to 10s. And I chuck in an extra set of either tris or bis at the end of each circuit. With 30s, I am absolutely gassed at the end (fourth round) and am sweating like Scott Herman driving a camaro through a minefield.

@@justintime3384 I endanger myself when I go to the grocery store. I endanger myself when I go to work. I endanger myself when I have to be around anyone, at the gym or not. So what's your point? At least I have enough common sense to wash my hands before I workout, wipe down the equipment before and after I use it, wash my hands before I leave and use hand sanitizer on my way out. It helps that there's no one in the gym at the time I go (24hr gym). Also, my grandmother died 25 years ago, so no need to worry about that. I'm concerned, considerate, and will respect and follow all laws and guidelines layed out by our government, but I'm not over-zealous. At least I'm not complaining about how a deadly pandemic fucked up my spring break plans.

@@eriksalas5422 That's why there are lockdowns coming. It makes sense to go to the grocery store because that's where you'll find the goods you need for survival. It is unfortunate that you can't use a home office. If you need to make money and the government or your boss doesn't have you covered, getting to work is also necessary. Training in a gym where the aerosols are literally hovering in the air, is not a good idea in any case. You won't lose your gains in a month. Sorry to hear about your grandma but surely you know people who are vulnerable to the disease.
