Join me for a 10 minute BACK AND SHOULDERS WORKOUT to help improve your posture. All you need is a light set of dumbbells. I'll be using 3lb weights, but you can use anything between 2-5lbs. Most of the workout will be standing movements with only 2 (wrist friendly) floor exercises. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

OMG!!!! This workout was out of this world. With just three pound weights I still felt the burn. This is my second time doing your workout and I must say, I really enjoyed it.

THANK YOU! After breaking my right hand, than left wrist in close succession (followed by overdoing it renovating a house and with an old shoulder injury exacerbated by all of the above) this was EXACTLY what I was looking for to address some upper back and shoulder weakness! Thank you. Good direction, low key music, not too much chatter. Perfect!!!

10 to 15 minute workouts are perfect. I do these in the morning and I only have time for a short workout on weekdays. Thank you for your expertise on providing an effective and safe experience.

I love your 5,10&15 minutes light dumbbell workouts videos ❤Since I started working as a housekeeper at hospital 🏥, I started using your videos until I started having my lower back problems 😢during the awful Covid years. But this year I started exercising with your videos again for building my core and upper body strength. Please keep making these awesome light dumbbells 💪 exercise videos. I am aiming for a fabulous 60s housekeeper 🤩

This was very effective I had something else planned for myself but picked you instead and used 2 lbs weights. I had 4 lbs but too heavy. No 3s available. ❤

Just wanted to drop by and say that as a trans guy who regularly binds and is often sitting at a computer desk, this has been an absolute lifesaver in managing shoulder and back pain. I found this workout like last week and following it every few days (life is a struggle lol) it's already improved my quality of life considerably. MUCH appreciated :)
