I really enjoyed this workout. Challenging, diverse, and not too much talking. I used 10, 12, and 16lb weights and really felt the burn. I'm definitely adding this to my workout playlist. Thanks.

@fitbymik Thank you for your workout routines. They have gotten be back into weight training and fitness and I am so grateful for it. I am learning how to be more accountable to myself and knowing that I get to join you on this journey really has been so helpful.
