Love these! I’ve been doing your 15 or 20 minute workouts three times a week. Can’t believe it’s so easy to firm up my arms and fix shoulder pain. Thank you I’m 69 and fat, so anybody can do it.

Just found your channel. Day 3 of your 20 minute standing dumbbell workouts. I’m 50 and need to tone up badly. I love your videos. The exercises are not too complicated. You don’t repeat any which is so great bc I get bored easily. They are short and sweet and I appreciate what you do!!

Love ❤❤❤ standing arms and whether it be abs, legs and/or butt, depending on the video. Mat work is difficult for some, whether due age, injuries/restrictions and/or are hard to follow if one is only using a cell phone to watch the video.

I use your videos for my new challenge, every time before I press buy on something online I have to do 15 Minutes workout first and look if that's enough dopamine and if not it's still a good way to do at leats a little bit sport. I love the standing 15min workouts so much!

Thank you SO much! I have been 2 years trying to search for something like this, I tried everything from pilates, HIIT, yoga and Cardio. I have pcos and all of these 'highly recommended' workouts didn't work well with me. Since the mentioned exercise only increased my cortisol levels, instead of doing better, it worsened for me. I finally started looking up on workouts that were slow with dumbells. I'm SO glad I ran into yours, and I have been following since. You're doing God's work with these.

Omg...this felt so good, no pressure and pleasantly easy to follow. I was a little off balance, but then got right to it. Loved this workout; my hearts pumping, I feel it and love it. Thank you; I did the whole workout, never gave up because I didn't want to.😊🙋

standing abs and arms are one of my favorite combos. Am 49 with a connective tissue disorder. Weight bearing and high impact can lead to injury. I loved the pace, lack of repeats, coordination with the reath... Thanks!

Won't lie I saw your video like a year ago, I was very over weight and tried this out, but wasn't there just yet. I dropped 140lbs and suddenly these exercises seem so good for me, I feel very good and honestly feel very accomplished. I hope to advance further as I go through my fitness journey. Loved this workout! I agree with Tami, was able to perform all the moves without hurting myself. I am 60 years old and not able to do some of the moves a 30 year old can do. I love your format and thank you greatly for sharing your workouts with us.

I have bad reflux and LOVE these standing workouts. The moves are challenging without being overly complicated and easy to adjust with dumbbells. Would love to see more standing (or sitting) workouts!

I'm dedicated to working out most mornings, but occasionally I let time get away from me and need a shorter workout. This workout was GREAT and definitely one I would come back to. Thanks for helping me stay dedicated, but on a shorter time frame!

The standing arms and core is great. Sometimes it's hard for me to do plank-type exercises because I have bad wrists, so this is very helpful.

TY for this standing arm/abs combo . Could you consider doing one for bad shoulders for those of us who shouldn’t lift or do static holds above eye sight ? Maybe by adding a modification/sub square on the top of the screen you could kill 2 birds with one stone and my shoulders/neck areas would be very grateful ! Thx ❤️🙏💐
