Thank you SO much! I have been 2 years trying to search for something like this, I tried everything from pilates, HIIT, yoga and Cardio. I have pcos and all of these 'highly recommended' workouts didn't work well with me. Since the mentioned exercise only increased my cortisol levels, instead of doing better, it worsened for me. I finally started looking up on workouts that were slow with dumbells. I'm SO glad I ran into yours, and I have been following since. You're doing God's work with these.

Won't lie I saw your video like a year ago, I was very over weight and tried this out, but wasn't there just yet. I dropped 140lbs and suddenly these exercises seem so good for me, I feel very good and honestly feel very accomplished. I hope to advance further as I go through my fitness journey. I use your videos for my new challenge, every time before I press buy on something online I have to do 15 Minutes workout first and look if that's enough dopamine and if not it's still a good way to do at leats a little bit sport. I love the standing 15min workouts so much!

standing abs and arms are one of my favorite combos. Am 49 with a connective tissue disorder. Weight bearing and high impact can lead to injury. I loved the pace, lack of repeats, coordination with the reath... Thanks!

Loved this workout! I agree with Tami, was able to perform all the moves without hurting myself. I am 60 years old and not able to do some of the moves a 30 year old can do. I love your format and thank you greatly for sharing your workouts with us.

I have bad reflux and LOVE these standing workouts. The moves are challenging without being overly complicated and easy to adjust with dumbbells. Would love to see more standing (or sitting) workouts!
