I did this workout for 14 days once every day and let me tell you -- I recommend this workout with both hands!! (And arms :D) My arms have always been flabby but I noticed how much more shaped they are on the 7th or 8th day and they are very toned and stronger now compared to when I started!

I could not believe how intense this was with no equipment… And also how brilliant it is for shoulder engagement. I’ve been doing physical therapy exercises for nearly a year to try to get my left shoulder rather than my traps to engage. I haven’t made a lot of progress, but I felt a huge difference while doing your exercises. I had to stop a couple of times because the shoulder engagement, which I’m not used to, it’s so intense. My neck feels a lot better after doing this exercise that because my shoulder is forced to do the work. Thank you so much!

Great arm and back workout! So intense- still feel my arms burning 😅 and good feasible in my 17th week of pregnancy:)

I haven’t been doing this everyday, but I’ve been doing it 3-4 times a week for the last 2 weeks and I already feel it working. I struggled hard the first few days with not dropping my arms, but the last few times I didn’t drop my arms at all ☺️ love your workouts!

Love this arm workout! It’s more intense than I thought and I had to put my arms down a few times the first few times I followed the video. But after three weeks I already can see my arms getting stronger and I only need to put my arms down once or twice. I am excited to keep practicing to be able to get through the whole video!!! Thanks sally

Wow this really got me sweating. I just about got through. Ill keep doing it. Love all the comments! Ill update and plan to do daily. I need to work on my balance ans co ordination (not helped by my 2 year keep jumping on me).😊

For a homemaker with 2 young kid's and budget to overlook who can't afford Gym and time, U are a blessing ❤. Ur workout though strated today I can feel the BURN N it ain't easy 😅. Thanks for your informative videos ❤❤ I am at 70kg looking to reduce by 60kg this year end. I am being realistic as I am gonna starve myself 😂 so hopefully consistency will work. Thanks again❤

Really felt it more in my neck area, but I’m sure as my arm get stronger that will no longer be the case, Loved it! Your on, 14 days, Day 1 complete🤸🏻‍♂️

i have wedding to attend in June and i need toned arms and back. Gonna be doing this workout till then: Day 1 : 24th March: it hurts on the second exercise 😂 it was hell. My arms hurts but feels good!! kudos to me for not quitting 😂 Day 2: 25th March: excluded last exercises cuz I'm doing post dinner. It burneeeddddd just like day 1 but i pushed through.

Great workout! but I couldn’t always tell which way your hands returned palms down or palms up back or front. That would be nice to add either telling us or subtitles. Thank you :-)

Wow i hurt all over fab workout, day 1 of 14 and as others say no equipment necessary. I did have to drop my arms a few times but hoping for daily progress on that one.

I'm curious what muscles are especially worked/activated during the "moving thumbs and rotation" and the "90 degree pulses"?? I especially feel the burn with those moves!!

Hey great channel and vid Sally. Looks like your camera is focus hunting, which is slightly distracting. Switching your camera to manual focus will fix that 👍🏻 🙂
