@ndidindekwu4574 Hi there! I'm still doing Jo's workouts, but I've been walking at the YMCA more lately. I shoot for 10,000 steps 🚶♀️ daily. I also have been using NOOM for the past 4 months. I'm starting back to do more of Jo's workouts again. I've been doing her workouts for about 2 years. I am down 58 pounds at this point, but I fluctuate 5 pounds on either side.

Jo, you're just incredible, I love your energy so much and you became one of my fav person to workout with! Just wanted to say.. for the past days ive doing your walking workouts, burnt so many calories(300-455) then I went back to another fitness influencer and tried to do their workout... girl I was feeling like I was dying and had no motivation to continue with the exercise, so much jumping etc.. And burnt almost or less than with you. Never cheating on you again, I'm here to stay. You motivate me and don't make me feel like I'm dying. I appreciatee you so much. Doing this tonight, just finished a round of workout.

I had tears about to well up in my eyes while doing this..not from the struggle of this routine (though it was challenging in a positive way) but from the gratification of being able to push through each routine. And I didnt let myself cheat by slowing down lol...I gave praise to God for allowing me the ability to move my body!! Thank you jo n thank you God!!!

Jo your videos are such a blessing! I was always pretty skinny in high school and college but after I graduated college I lost my teenager metabolism and developed a sedentary lifestyle and could never get into working out. This caused me to be the heaviest I'd ever been and I felt very dumpy about myself. A year before my wedding I decided to commit to losing those extra pounds to look good in my wedding photos and I stumbled across your videos and instantly feel in love with them, they're so beginner friendly and I was able to make working out a habit. One year later I am much more toned, flexible, and stronger than I've ever been and I lost the 15 extra pounds I gained and looked great in my wedding photos! Thank you for giving me the confidence I needed to commit to a healthier lifestyle! I'm now proud of my body and what it is capable of!

did this workout every day fir two weeks. mon-fri and are clean. lost 12 lbs and my stomach is flattening. lost 2 inches off my waist already. and i haven’t even dug deep into her workouts yet. i can’t wait to see the rest of hers! This is my third week working out consistently with you! I’ve only lost half a pound which I know is not impressive. But in comparison to the 30 pounds I’ve gained the last year and a half, I will take it! I did this work out in conjunction with your 30 minute kickboxing, and I was pouring sweat! I’m trying not to get discouraged, but your infectious enthusiasm keeps me coming back. Which speaks volumes about you! I’ve not been able to stick with anything, but I am this! My work schedule has changed but because she has so many options, now I do a 10 or 15 minute workout in the mornings, and a 10 or 15 minute work out of the evenings and I’m still getting 30 minutes and it’s effective! As much as my body would love the break, can you please consider putting the ads before and after the video not in the middle of it? Especially these 10 min videos because they’re already compact in time and effort, losing those few seconds on 2 ads in the middle is counterproductive. Another growwithjo workout done! I've lost about 6 pounds now since September. Reducing portion size, choosing healthier options most of the time and daily exercise (cardio , body weight and dumbell strength training) have all worked effectively to get stronger and healthier. I just finished this workout for the second day in a row (I do the warm-up first and then followed up with the cardio). Just getting back into working out and these quick 10 mins felt like a good place to start. I did them! They were challenging, but I did them... 2 days in a row. I haven't done that in years. For everyone who does not have any weights, you could use unopened tins of beans or something like that, or two full smaller waterbottles to start😃 thankyou Jo for being such an inspiration to so many people, love your channel!

Whew, this workout was a challenge. I just finished a 30 day toning challenge today which I completed after the Torch in 10 warm-up. I followed the toning workout with this one using my heavier weights. I used 5lbs for my light weights, 10lbs for my heavy weights, and a 15lb kettlebell for the single dumbbell exercises. I also wore my booty band since I still had it on from the previous workout. I had to slow down at times but I pushed through the 10 mins. Thanks for your great workouts Jo! Looking forward to more Torch in 10!

i loved this workout. I did it once, then a second time and I realized I could do it one more time for a third time. I have a herniated disk and I cant do high intensity impact right now Great job!

Jo, you did it again! I really didn’t feel like working out this morning, but decided to watch video. Next thing you know, I had the weights in my hands , sweating and enjoying.
