she isn’t lying about seeing results right away! i was stuck in a plateau and i was staring to think i was working out for nothing. until i found this vid. i’ve been working out for 3 months now and i’ve been doing this video for three weeks and i’ve never seen faster results. stay consistent. consistency is key

@@effjayyy i’m doing great thank you, 8 months later and that weight has stayed off! i’ve not done that work out for 5 months now because of health complications but i’m waiting to see what my doctor says to see if i can do it again. don’t give up, don’t be harsh on yourself. believe in yourself. you can actually do it! i was just like you i would just sit and watch and be like i want to but idk if it would work. getting up and doing it the same minute you see the video is what pushed me to work out. patience is key and self confidence is important too. say nice words to yourself even if you feel weird or like you’re lying bc trust me after 2 weeks you’ll feel great even if you don’t see any visible results. i know you can do it! ;))

@@spookylobster27 don’t give up! i’m telling you right now it does get better and better over time and you have to be patient and consistent with your workouts, and most important be nice to yourself. say nice words even if you feel strange, get into a healthier eating habit, not diet but just have three meals a day without eating more than a plate full and there’s so many fun, tasty and healthy snacks you can make for yourself. drink 2 litres of water every day no matter what. i just carried my water bottle everywhere i went. and most importantly, keep on going because you in the long run is waiting for you!

Hands down the best workout I've ever found! Honestly, I couldn't get rid of my hysterectomy/hormone belly. I found GWJ about 4 weeks ago and I've done this TABATA workout every day. I've lost inches and pounds everywhere!!! And my belly is almost gone! This is the only workout I find fun and look forward to (whaaattt?) Not only am I losing weight, I feel happier! You seem like such a happy, positive person, and that spills out of the screen. Thanks very much Jo😁

@@tajkeyatunnur7314 Yes I do many of GWJ TABATA work outs they're all great and lots of fun. However I keep coming back to this particular workout...for me it has it all; fun, great music with it and positive results. Give them a try!😊

I have been doing 20-30 min videos of Jo in the last 2 weeks (10 of the 14 days). Without really changing my diet and drinking a lot of beers, I see crazy results and lost almost 2kg........ Seriously this is the most effective workout I have ever seen. Shortest time and best results. I would like to thank you Jo! Thanks for the amazing work.

I am 40yrs old and in the worst shape of my life. 5'1 and was at 241lbs, arthritis in both knees and in lower back. Knees are horrible. I'm about to have my first Grandchild and I knew I needed to make a change. I have lost 14lbs so far and I'm so glad I found you. You inspire me and I love the different styles you offer. Thank you

Just started these workouts 3 days ago and already notice that I have more energy and motivated to exercise everyday! I have had anxiety going to the gym for the longest time and wanted to find a workout that would work for me at home and give me results. I haven't seen any results with my weight yet but energy wise, YES! And reading all of these commends makes me hopeful!

CW: 120lbs or 54.43kg GW: 110lbs or 50kg Height: 5’6 or 167cm - Gonna try to do this for a week or two. Day 1: ✅ I thought this was gonna be easy, but I was WRONG! I am somewhat active, but in the 10 minute mark I was literally DYING! Day 2: ✅ I did her 2 mile workout today, and god I was sore! Had a good sweat! (Tried not to binge too much) Day 3: ✅ I did the 4 mile one holy cow I WAS DYING! (I nearly collapsed) Day 4: ✅ Did the 25 minute lower belly work out with the 15 minute fast walking. I feel like I was gonna die 🫠 Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: (Week one clear!) CW: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: (Week 2 cleared! Congratulations to my future self in two weeks!) I never, ever comment. But I feel like this is worth it! This is the happiest I have been in months! I've tried other workouts such as: Chloe Tings, her attitude is amazing, but I found I could never stay consistent😮‍💨 I tried growwithjo a few weeks ago and I haven't missed a day! I have slept better, have way more energy, and overall, just way more confident in myself! I don't even care if I lose weight now!! Thank you, Jo!!🥰

Just started training at home after pretty much 3-4 years of not training at all (a baby and covid happened). I've been doing a combination of Jo's videos and MadFit strength training, and I can't believe in the last 2 months I've lost 10 pounds! I've also cleaned up my diet, which also plays a significant role, but between these two ladies I am for the first time in my life staying consistent with exercise. It has become a part of my daily routine and I couldn't be happier. Jo's workouts are SO fun, I truly look forward to them. So thank you Jo!! I was diagnosed with MS, with no visual disability, balance issues, fatigue and yes 35 extra pounds!! This workout is easy to follow, low impact, but challenging, helps with balancing and muscle strength. I am glad I found ya! ☺

i have been feeling so depressed after knee surgery a year ago and the weight i have put on. my attitude led me down a rabbit hole of not caring, and eating super unhealthy. i am trying to get back on track and get healthy for myself and for my kids. thank you so much for the fun, and positive attitude you exude in your videos! you seem so down to earth and relatable, and i love how inspiring you are!

I was just sick with Covid for the past 2 weeks and this is my first workout back And I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!! I just feel so blessed that my body recovered itself and I am able to get back up and move my body. Last week I was not even able to walk to the kitchen without feeling like I ran a marathon and now today I just did a 20 min tabata workout. You provide workouts that are effective and DOABLE for everyone! I told my mom and her partner to start and they love them! You are changing lives ! ❤️

this is perfect for people who want to do a little bit more of a challenging workout, that doesnt leave you having aches and pains for the next couple days after! i have been doing grow with jo workouts for around a week now, and i can already see changes in my body. not only that, but also my mood has been loads better! i never stay consistent but jo's workouts are so enjoyable!! ❤

First tabata exercise and DONE for today 😍 So sweaty than the other videos i've been following for losing weight. and i can feel the burning fats on my belly. will update daily, let's do this guys! 💪 Day 1 ☑️ 76kg Day 2 ☑️ Day 3 Rest Day 4 ☑️ Day 5 ☑️ Day 6 ☑️ Day 7 Rest Day 8 ☑️ Day 9 ☑️ Day 10☑️72.10kg (with proper diet) Jan 1 to 6 days renovating house. to be continued on Jan 7 ❤ 71.15kg (continues diet no carbs) Day 11 Jan 7 (so i had to not start to this date because of busy cleaning the house from renovating) Day 12 Jan 10 ☑️i started to do the dumbbell shred, it is her video too. I now understand what people meant when they said this workout made them feel happy. I indeed felt so happy doing this workout. Completed a month of working out with Jo & I see a huge result in my postpartum body, i feel like iam very near to my pre-pregnancy body! Although no weight lost but lost alot of extra inches, my clothes have got relaxed on me😍 & most important of all, I FEEL AMAZING🎉

It was per-fect! I didn’t workout this morning, and this short (but effective !!!!) video was ideal to fit in before the shower. Thanks Jo! I was depressed this year and fell back into unhealthy rhythms. Couldn’t face working out, but your low impact videos are always so tempting, and you helped me get back to working out consistently. Ive recently just started doing workouts with Jo and I can honestly say I feel so much better physically and mentally. I just finished this work out and let me tell you.....whew!! It is doable and sweaty! I adjusted on some of the moves that cause me to bend my knees but I modified and got it done. I am looking forward to seeing more results. Hang in there, we got this! Thank you Jo :) Oh, an by the way, I am 58 yrs old looking forward to 59 this year...Let's go family!!!!

I had an ankle injury and can't run for a bit of a while, while I recover. I've put on a ton of weight cause of this. I'm so happy to find low impact cardio I can do while on recovery, thanks so much.

Went away for about 6 months to work on some other workout programs (successfully). I decided to add your walking videos back into the rotation. @Laura Jayne I aim to do 1 hr a day. I tend to do 30mins in morning and 30 mins before bed. I do the longer workouts rather than dance workouts. And I do intermittent fasting 8:16 diet. It's worth trying. I just miss breakfast. I workout before eating and evening is about 1 hr after my last meal of the day.

This one is short but packs a punch. I’ve lost 20 pounds doing a variety of your 30 min workout routines everyday. I limited my eating window from 12-8pm. I’ve still got a way to go but man your workouts have been so helpful to find something I actually enjoy and can stick with. Thank you Jo!!!

I loooove your energy! I started with a 20-minute workout for beginners 2 weeks ago, did Tabata today, and I'm feeling great! I will probably continue to do beginner for 4 days and Tabata for 3 😊 I started with 109 kg, and now I'm 103 - my goal is 65. I will come back when I reach it (fingers crossed) sending ❤ from Poland

Hi! Results are amazing even tho I haven't reached my goal yet. I lost a total of 25 kg, and I'm beyond proud of myself 😁 I had surgery, so I had to stop exercising for a while, but I'm back on track 💪 training with Jo makes it so easy, love you Jo 😍

I lost about 4kg (8 lbs) in a month doing this with no strict diet and strict schedule! It's great to change your mood and the short exercises are perfect for me as i have feet problems! Thank you so much Jo, I was struggling so much. :)

@kalpanaa2087 I just follow Indian diet. More fruits ,veggies, protiens, correct portions of carbs but I watch my portions and more water . Avoid junks, fried food.

A person can workout all they want. But if we don't change our eating habits, our weight loss efforts will never change. I dropped 14 lbs in 2 months cutting out all sugar,carbs and looking at ingredients. 😮The will power has to be there... I also found your workouts and that is what I did for exercise. 😅 Go Joe you ROCK!! AND UR A CHRISTIAN TOO! YESSSS!! SO AM I.❤

@@sairak3759 Yes, I'm doing the starch solution. I've mostly been doing the 4.5 and the 5 mile. When I get bored I do one of the dance workouts combined with a short intense HIIT. My diet isn't 100 percent but getting better and better. Also, according to my smart watch, I'm not burning nearly as many calories or walking as far as the videos say.

I want to let you know I did notice as I’m going a long I’m not seeing any stretching before and after every workout! And may I ask why? Because this is very important especially for those starting out. Or older people who are constantly stiffed. I think is a good idea you include it in your workouts. I have to pause the videos to make sure I do stretch before and after. Thank you! And great work!!! You are an inspiration

I have never seen better exercises. I'm a person who doesn't sweat. I sweat through these exercises, so it all flows out of me. which means it's working and the toxins are coming out :)

I've gotten so out of shape and I love all your videos. I use to do them daily then became a truck driver and stopped working out now I'm all out of shape. I use to whiz through videos now I have to pause in the middle take a breath and then resume. I'm determined to get back in shape. Keep doing what you do. I'm taking you on the road with me. ❤️

Okay I am super excited that I took the time out of my night to try this cardio workout. I was stuck in the mindset that I would not be able to get it done, that it would be too hard and I was ready to give up before I even started. I am slowly picking up my progress to get back into shape for my health and my daughter. I am so thankful you created this workout. Its simple and not too stressful on my knees. I will definitely be doing this workout for a week straight so I can reap the benefits. I changed my diet so this should be beneficial to my workout routine. Just the second day of this workout and omg my body is aching so much. Anyway I will do it again. Because I am loving this. Day1- 77.5 kg Day3- 76.5 kg Day4 - 78 kg ( not sure but I think it's because of body ache) Day5 - 77 kg Day6- 76.5 kg Day7- 78 kg (don't know why my weight is fluctuating so much) Day14- 76 kg. I am doing other workouts as well and doing 1200 calorie diet.
