OK so I'm going to do it from now Monday for a week. ( 8 water cup) daily 1st day : ✔ 2nd day : ✔ 3rd day : ✔ 4th day : ✔ 5th day : ✔ 6th day : ✔ 7th day : new workout. So it make me flexible I'm sure my legs are feeling good and backbone in Spain (S silent) .

I've been doing this for almost 3 weeks and I was finally able to hold the wheel pose the whole time😁 my arms used to almost give out and my back would hurt so bad but i'm not feeling that now until the last few seconds!!

Omg, okey, okey I'm going to do this workout for 7 days Weight:56.42 Day 1:Okay, I did this workout, I feel like a vegetable, hahahaha I go dancing, so some exercises are very easy for me!✅ Day 2:weight:55.42!✅ Day 3:i forget write, but I done! ✅Today I had a very busy day.I ran a little and decided to add running every day.I did an easy workout for him and jumped a little bit on the rope.I also did push-ups 30 times.It's hard for me to say this, but I'm looking forward to tomorrow to try this workout again!! I do intermittent fasting (dont eat between 8pm-1pm), drink lots and lots of water, and I try not to consume processed sugar! But its really all about balance! If im craving cheat day foods, i would portion control. I can make a video about what i eat and explain a little more about some tips! 💪☺💕
