i’ve been doing this since it came out and let me tell you, my balance has improved SO much. i’m also more flexible. i was able to get into a split both left and right

So, I am obsessed with pilates. u can try using the wall or closet to help i think it will work but u don’t have to go all the way down u can just stop where ur most comfortable at! :D

thankyou so much for this workout!! I loved the black pink one and can’t wait to try this one. I was wondering however if you had any tips for actually losing weight as I’ve been doing Pilates workout (like a 15min everyday) with no changes to my diet for a couple but have barely seen any changes. So I was wondering If you had any tips on foods I should include into my lifestyle this as I’m aiming for a lean and slim body. Sorry if this is a lot ❤️

i love your pilates so much. its really help me strech and improve all my body. But I really hope you can speak something between diffirent exe, Notifying me of what's coming will help me be more proactive. Between the same exe you notify us, but we knew that, just change the sideeee so maybe next video you will notify us.... thankkkk youuuuu
