I've tried other trainer's workouts but your one works the best. I've been doing this and your "11 line abs" workout for 2 weeks (only took 2 days off) and it really worked for me. I had a flat tummy, I just had to tone it up and this really helped me. So,thank you so much Angela!! You're amazing! Keep going and thank you again.

I've searched for the best lower abs burn for almost 3 months, tried EVERY "trending" workout and i always felt like it would only burn for half of the excercises, you are truly my savior and queen i LOVED and DIED with this workout, and it's really helping me tone my lower abs. Thank you sooo much for this, i love working out and you are my inspo!!!! truly a goddess!!!!.

Just one question,I have some fat on my belly so for how many days should I be doing this workout if I do it twice a day?

You should definitely be doing a HIIT workout routine as well for the "some fat". And your supposed to give you body a day of rest as you feel it's needed or at least once every 4/5 days. Also workout on an empty belly (8 hours after you eat) this will burn the hidden fat that normally you can't burn because your body is burning the calories in your full belly. When should you workout? In the AM. It will be great for achieving an empty stomach plus it kick starts your metabolism. Protein is an awesome food to eat after you workout to build muscles. Also LOTS of water. Your growing muscles need water. Don't starve yourself either, that will only hurt not help. Good luck 💕

Hey! Sorry i don’t understand exactly what you mean, but Your back needs to be flat on the ground and you have to hold your stomach tight. Focus on really how you feel your lower stomach. And if you dont then try to adjust the position. Hope that helps!

das war die zweite, was ich bemerke ist dass Sie weniger zufrieden sehe dass in dem ersten! ich hoffe das alles besser wird (und es wird ;)), aber die ending Pose (benutzt in dem Cover) war unerwartet! loved it (the pose and the whole training)! aber ich muss sagen dass ich ein biechen Angst habe wie Sie konnten dort gehen... Biete ich an dass Sie nicht es genommen haben, aber Sie sagten dass sie nutritionist ware, und sind in so gute Heilung (health) dass es wurde nicht uberrachsend wir dem ende Pose but tragish... Bitten im Bieten:)! so ich denke ich besser kommentieren jetzt stoppen sonst ich konnte als spammierenden gefunden sein... take care AK:)
