DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the YOU BUILD 3 week Challenge! Each day YOU BUILD your own routine choosing from 6 new workouts each week. Depending on your fitness level and schedule you can do just one workout or make it a total body session and do all 6. Then week 2 and 3 you can mix and match all of the workouts to BUILD your ultimate sweat and burn session!
The workouts are demonstrated at the base level and suggestions are given to help you increase the challenge if you are a more intermediate or advanced exerciser. This series is designed to be super versatile, so there's something for everyone!
WEEK 1 - 6x10 min mat workouts
Abs
Arms
Glutes
Inner Thighs
Outer Thighs
Cardio Sculpt
SAMPLE ROTATIONS:
Beginner Rotation:
Day 1: Abs and Cardio Sculpt
Day 2: Arms and Glutes
Day 3: Inner Thighs and Outer Thighs
Day 4: Glutes and Cardio Sculpt
Day 5: Abs and Inner Thighs
Day 6: Arms and Outer Thighs
Intermediate Rotation:
Optional: Add light ankle weights and/or resistance loop
Day 1: Abs, Arms and Cardio Sculpt
Day 2: Inner Thighs and Outer Thighs and Glutes
Day 3: Cardio Sculpt, Abs and Inner Thighs
Day 4: Glutes, Outer Thighs and Arms
Day 5: Cardio Sculpt, Inner Thighs and Outer Thighs
Day 6: Cardio Sculpt, Abs and Glutes
Advanced Rotation:
Add light ankle weights and/or resistance loop
Day 1: Abs, Arms, Inner Thighs and Cardio Sculpt
Day 2: Glutes, Outer Thighs, Inner Thighs and Cardio Sculpt
Day 3: Abs, Glutes, Inner Thighs and Arms
Day 4: Outer Thighs, Abs, Cardio Sculpt and Glutes
Day 5: Cardio Sculpt, Inner Thighs, Arms and Abs

Killer add on! Thighs in FIRE 🔥 I loved ever second. I used 2 pound ankle weights and it was a perfect finisher to a rebounding workout 🙏🏼🙌🤩

Hi Linda, yesterday I performed outer and inner thighs workouts of this challenge. I loved every movement because they're simple but very effective! In fact today my legs were toasted! Thanks!

Good morning Linda. Yesterday morning i did your barre ballet leg workout which was great. This morning i did this 10min outer thigh workout and another wow. That burn comes quickly but i love it. Thank you for these lower body and outer thigh workouts because these are my problem area. I do exercises for outer and inner thighs daily

I'm used to the clock going backwards in workouts so I was wondering why we kept getting more time lol I did just do cardio so my brain wasn't functioning. I did this with a band as an add on.
