Killer add on! Thighs in FIRE 🔥 I loved ever second. I used 2 pound ankle weights and it was a perfect finisher to a rebounding workout 🙏🏼🙌🤩

Hi Linda, this has got to be one of my favourite workouts. I love that it’s manageable yet can really feel the burn. Would you consider adding a hamstring ankle weights workout to this series? ❤❤

Good morning Linda. Yesterday morning i did your barre ballet leg workout which was great. This morning i did this 10min outer thigh workout and another wow. That burn comes quickly but i love it. Thank you for these lower body and outer thigh workouts because these are my problem area. I do exercises for outer and inner thighs daily

Hi Linda, yesterday I performed outer and inner thighs workouts of this challenge. I loved every movement because they're simple but very effective! In fact today my legs were toasted! Thanks!

Outer thighs are toast used as finisher to stamina 50 outer thigh but used hevy ankle wights and rubber loop for this ❤

I'm used to the clock going backwards in workouts so I was wondering why we kept getting more time lol I did just do cardio so my brain wasn't functioning. I did this with a band as an add on.
