I'm Veli Kaan Suzgun. In this video, I share the most effective ABS Core muscle movements. There are some high-level abs exercises you can do. I hope you will like it. I am waiting for those who do this great ABS Core Exercise in the comments.
About Training ⚠️: No Equipment. We do it for 10 minutes without a break. If you are struggling, you can take a break. Never give up. You can do it 3 days a week or everyday. Just 10 minutes a day is enough. DO NOT BE AVERAGE! - BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF!

Every week, I publish 4 workout programs for your goal from my KZbin Community tab. Since 2013, I have been trying to do sports as regularly as I can. You need more variety, such as switching from crunches to different plank variations in between the crunch and sit-up variations.

5:39 guys I'm struggling with oblique crunches. I keep on hurting a muscle in my ass when I tilt my waist and put my weight on one side of my cheek. It fells like I'm squashing a muscle

This workout definitely needs some work. You should start off with lower abs because they tend to be weaker, then move to obliques and upper abs. Also if you’re really contracting your abs and stretching them the entire time, almost nobody will be able to do this an workout. There needs to be little breaks somewhere.

i did it without breaks no problem with straighter legs than him, and i think it varies based on fitness level… you’re supposed to contract your abs the entire time, that’s what an ab workout is…
