This got me emotional 🥹 Thank you for making these videos. I’m 7 months postpartum with my first baby and I’m just now starting some workouts & yoga (I had a c section) I found your videos at the perfect time. This has become part of my daily routine now & I’m just so grateful 🧘🏻‍♀️💟

10 minutes doesn’t seem like it could make a big difference but it so does. This was really needed today for a good reset. Day 6 of getting strong postpartum. Love these videos!!

I discovered your videos while I was 7 mos pregnant. 19 mos postpartum and I'm glad I decided to watch them again. Life took a weird turn but I'm getting back on track (so to speak) Thank you for all the lovely work you do ❤

Day 7 complete! I would love a 3-4 week challenge with 15 to 20 minute sessions, which I know you have a lot of, but it would be awesome if you maybe did one that included a gentle yoga stretch like this once a week? Really helps with the soreness!❤

All your videos are always great..Have been following your videos for quite sometime now and have regained a lot of my strength.However my tummy looks quite flat in the morning,but bulges out through the day..Pls provide some insight on such conditions and what can be done to rectify the same. PS: I’m 5 months postpartum

It’s a shame there’s ads in the middle. Scared me in the middle of downward dog that a man was shouting about shoes all sudden. Definitely ruins the vibe of yoga😩

I did your yoga classes while pregnant and postpartum little did I know that opened my temple to the demonic realm. Jesus SAVED me from depression and almost un-alive-ing myself. 💔 This is so serious please REPENT (turn away from the sin) and ask God to forgive you. Believe in Jesus Christ He is the Only way, because He is GOD that came down to earth as a humble man born of a virgin. Please 🙏 do not ignore this message it’s from the HOLY SPIRIT. That is GOD The Great I AM, your Creator.
