To new people that are considering this exercise: I've been doing this for almost a year and my hips are so much more fluid than before. I started seeing drastic results after one month. It's really great. I hope you keep at it!

This is one of the better stretch routines I've seen and it's challenging. Whenever I do a 5-10 minute routine like this, I count it towards my workout minutes for whatever session I'm doing. I'm a personal trainer and massage therapist and I have definitely shared this video with quite a few people who are cleared and able to participate in an exercise program. Great work on this video, I appreciate how clear and concise you are explaining what you're doing. The way you explain and talk makes people feel like they can do this too.

​@@user-bx2bw5wc6b I don't think that it's necessary to do the routine daily. Listen to your body. You can do it daily, as long as it feels good for your body. Maybe as a reference aim to do this or similar stretches between 3 and 5 times a week, but of course you can do it more often. I just think that doing it 3 to 5 times will already give you good results.

Hips have been stiff AF for so long...started coding almost a year ago and I sit all the time. I can finally Move properly again. All the muscles in my legs are burning lol. They are activating again. Going to ease back into physical activity, cant wait to get back to team sports.

Honey Chile!!!!😆 I just completed this! My hips are so tight I have developed a limp in my walk. But just by doing this I feel a great difference! I truly thank you for posting this. Gotta long ways to go. I struggled a bit doing the routine however I know with practice I'll be flexible enough to do it almost like you!!! Thanks gurl!!!!😘

Please keep doing these videos! This is the only hip stretching that is really effective! Would love to see longer flow for low back, hips, and sides in one video too. Thank you so much, exercises feel heavenly

Finally found a good stretch for my thight hip and harmstring. Exercises are easy to follow and you can feel it eases the tension on those muscle. I rarely left a comment but this one really got me. Thanks!

Second time doing this and I love it! The toning moves are quick but I really feel everything engaging. If you don’t have some dance training or other experience in body work, take it easy! And go at your own pace. You will see progress with this one by being consistent, so no need to push yourself too hard.

Did it for the first time....almost cried in the beginning of the stretches....half way down felt better as the hips were opening. Cracked my back after the session..such a relief. Thank you for this video. 😊

Anyone that has arthritis in the hip this is the A1 stretch take your time it gets better I went to therapy for 2 months never had this stretch in class thank you so much I feel much better God bless you😘😇

Thank you for this, I have REALLLLY tight hips and thighs. I've been doing yoga on and off and realized that I have to focus on my hips. Your video is by far my favourite. Hopefully in a few months, I can see some changes.

@@stuff1784 you’re not alone. I’ve been doing yoga on and off for at least 5 years now. Not only do you have to be consistent and committed but it is the food that you’re eating. I was told that drinking water is a major factor and calcium. That does not necessarily mean milk. Yoga takes years to perfect. Its even harder for us because our body has been tight for years. It’s not an easy journey. You’ll get there, don’t give up. Work at your own pace. It isn’t a rush. The frog pose is what I’m trying to master.

I either over extended or pulled something in my lower back/hips yesterday. Done a few stretches today to work it out and this one has helped the most thank you

Day 1. Very hard. Hoping to fix my knocked knees. Day 2. Less harder but still hard. It feels good. Day 3. I got better at it. Day 4. I got a little bit better. Day 5. Feels good after the stretch but not much external differences. Day 6. Getting better at it. It feels good. Day 7. I got better. I feel good. day8. i got better. i feel better. day9. i got better i feel my hips getting more flexible. Day 10. Same. My hips feel a little more flexible. Day 11. My hips feel great. I am getting better at moves too. Day 12. My hips feel good when i do this workout. Day 13. I feel my left hip has an issue when i do pigeon pose. But overall i got better. Day 14. Same difficulty. My hip feels more flexible when i do inner stretch though. Day 15. Because of my pants i didn’t do well. Day 16. I haven’t been doing it in a while so it wasn’t all that good. Day 17. Took a long break again but i could still do it pretty well and it felt good. Day 18. I got a little better. Day 19. Getting better, feeling better. Day 20. Got better at it. Feel better too. Day 21. Been a while. I definitely got better still. Day 22. I am feeling better.

I tried this in desperation as I had really painful hips. It was so good that I had no pain for the rest of the day. I'm now going to work into my daily workout - probably the most effective hip stretch routine I have done.

I woke up like i slept wrong and had pain in the line that connects my hip to my leg, whatever that it and i tried to find a routine that can alleviate that and your certainly helped after just 10 minutes. Thank you so much, i would e been miserable

Thank you so much, I go to the gym a lot and do heal up lifting, and my hips felt tight and were noise popping but not painful. I knew I had to look up a video that will help stretch with ease since I’m not as flexible in my hips, after seeing so many videos I’m glad I found yours, did the 10 min stretch and my hips feel so much more less tight. Thank you, I will try and do this before my leg workout, and after any workout. 🙂

Absolutely love this routine! Excited to do it again. However, a lot of the ads come at really bad spots. Can you move them around so they come between stretches? Thank you

Sameeee I’ve been doing yoga for 2 years, yet I can still barely get down to a square pigeon pose (I’m still not able to get all the way down to the floor.) But compared to where I was last year, this is amazing!!! Last year I only got through one minute of this video and had to quit. This time, a year later, I got through this entire video without stopping! You WILL improve, but it will take a very, very long time and a lot of consistency.
