I have zero flexibility... The first time i tried this it was so hard. I went back and did your warm up video which helped tremendously. I can't wait to see where I'm at with consistency.

My hips are rather uneven and I've been having terrible back pain because of them. I just tried this flow and will be doing it every morning. I am crying because while it hasn't solved it (duh, day 1), I feel relief in spots I've not in a while thanks to today's stretch. Thank you 🙏🏻

Awesome stretching routine for the straddle split, but so painful! I gave up on the straddle splits about a year ago after feeling a lot of pain in my hips, but i'm going to keep trying, thank you for the amazing routine! I wonder if this causes hip joints to dislocate though..

Since giving birth 17 months ago I have not stretched deeply and my hips have been starting to feel very locked and tight lately , esp now that I’m pushing myself back into working out. She is doing yogic exercises. It starts with Vajrasan. Later added Tikonadan, Bakasan, and so on. All these yogic postures help in toning the body and make it more flexible.

Hello Adee, I never understood this exercise, but I followed your vid and somehow managed to have my stomach touch the floor at the end. My feet had trouble staying on the floor, but I never thought I'd be able to lay pretty much flat on the floor. So yeah thanks for the guide.

I appreciate the added challenge of transitioning to a standing position from the yogi squat. As well as the transition to the yogi squat from a side lunge. I cannot wait to give this routine a try. Hello! I absolutely loved this video (thank you!!), and am just wondering if would you consider making a hip opening video for those with not-great knees? These exercises felt AMAZING but I’ve been rehabilitating a knee injury for a little while and my knee ended up feeling worse for a few days after doing this video. I’d love to be able to work on my hips opening without any knee strain if you could find the time? Thank you for your wonderful presence!
