Love love love this video. It was hard in the beginning but I got used to it and now I do it pretty much every day. I looked all kind of 10 min. Yoga flow, but for me this one is perfect. I love her voice and back ground sound as well. Not too instructive like others.

Awesome video! Thank you for creating it! A quick question, I want to incorporate this into my morning routine (which is usually a combination of strength and cardio training). Would U recommend I do this sun salutation before (as a warm up) or after (as a cool down) my routine?

I’ve been doing yoga for five years, I have NEVER had someone go so quickly through this sequence. Yoga is supposed to be linked to the breath, it’s not a HIIT work out

You are going way too fast. Even for someone who's been doing yoga for some time now. Way way too fast. This isn't helpful for the body. Its just too fast.

It also doesnt go well my breathing rythm but u can slow down the speed in the settings. The voice might sound a little strange but you can adjust to your own rythm :)
