Your couching is great There are so many workout channels on KZbin but I always prefer yours Not only because of your science based explanations and great workouts but also feeling kind of intimacy and friendship as well Keep going bro We need to hear more about nutrition

im glad he doesn't just lie to you and say just the workout alone will get you abs but he's also straight about the calories and nutrition and cardio that you need to do

Boy ive said it many times now. Alex's training method is sneaky. He'll have you thinkin its a piece of cake til you finish em and feel those abs. At my age theyre perfect for me, not to say theyre for seniors cuz theyre not. Im a mature man at 66 but not to sound full of my self im in damn good shape. And Alex's workouts get the job done and make you feel gd about urself cuz you finished em and feel em. Which i believe is the beauty of his workouts. Thank you young man, and pls keep the great work up.

I love your exercises not just because they are good and effective (I feel a huge improvement in my body since I started to follow you), but because you care about warming up and cooling down, when the repetitions are heavy - and that makes a difference. In this case, that procedure is not really necessary. Thanks Alex, your videos are very inspiring!

After a 30 min strength Training, I came over to Burn these Abs and Yes I Feel the Burn. Within 10 mins and 7 workouts. Great Training Man. Thanks again for Sharing. Good Luck with your App.

Wow, Alex! This is a great workout. The last exercise, the leg up toe tap, is a killer! The coaching throughout is awesome! Your tips helped me keep good form. I appreciate how hard it must be for you to do that while performing the exercise. Much respect. Thanks for putting this together!

Planks, leg lifts, sit ups and bicycle crunches been doing for a couple of months. Doing that work out with you holy shit abs 2 days later still sore damn feeling the heat. Love it. Thanks Alex! Did your legs last night and chest the other night. Thank you for sharing home workouts ❤

Yeah, My Abs were actually burning! I haven't felt pain like this often. But I have been tenseing my abs wrong that's why!

It’s a quick workout so you can do it regularly. If you find it hard then do it every other day, otherwise everyday is fine

Don’t push past any bad neck pain, and keep the correct position, but over time it will get stronger when doing these exercises.

You could do abs workouts regularly, such as every other day! If you’d like more structure so this is all sorted for you then try my abs plan in my app if you like 😄👊

@@Ash21Scotland I think you’re misunderstanding. My app has a FREE CUSTOMISABLE TIMER FEATURE that you can create yourself that is not a specific workout. Why don’t you use it and see what I mean!?….
