Boy ive said it many times now. Alex's training method is sneaky. He'll have you thinkin its a piece of cake til you finish em and feel those abs. At my age theyre perfect for me, not to say theyre for seniors cuz theyre not. Im a mature man at 66 but not to sound full of my self im in damn good shape. And Alex's workouts get the job done and make you feel gd about urself cuz you finished em and feel em. Which i believe is the beauty of his workouts. Thank you young man, and pls keep the great work up.

I love your exercises not just because they are good and effective (I feel a huge improvement in my body since I started to follow you), but because you care about warming up and cooling down, when the repetitions are heavy - and that makes a difference. In this case, that procedure is not really necessary. Thanks Alex, your videos are very inspiring!

After a 30 min strength Training, I came over to Burn these Abs and Yes I Feel the Burn. Within 10 mins and 7 workouts. Great Training Man. Thanks again for Sharing. Good Luck with your App.

Planks, leg lifts, sit ups and bicycle crunches been doing for a couple of months. Doing that work out with you holy shit abs 2 days later still sore damn feeling the heat. Love it. Thanks Alex! Did your legs last night and chest the other night. Thank you for sharing home workouts ❤

It’s a quick workout so you can do it regularly. If you find it hard then do it every other day, otherwise everyday is fine

Don’t push past any bad neck pain, and keep the correct position, but over time it will get stronger when doing these exercises.
