Doing this workout from last 7 days insane results i can feel my abs muscles getting stronger and stronger maybe an week more to get visible abs muscles and i'll do it for continuous 1 month and then i'll share my experience again in this comment's reply section......... Btw great workout🙃😄

Why would anyone down vote this already?! Jeez it's only been up for 20 mins. At the start there was a moment it looked like the cat was crawling out of his rear 🤣 great video! will have to give some of this a try! 👍

Yep... Working my way down the list. Did the HIIT full body last, made it by the skin of my teeth through the 4th set but managed to finish. Stiff as hell today, but ready to soldier through... Any recommendations on what workout I can do tonight?

Awesome workout! Third round was the hardest! My abs were numb..lol The music is at a right volume, not distracting, hearing Alex saying -keep going!- definitely helped me get through the end.

I liked your video a lot, it was hard at the end but I managed to do the all routine. There were many exercises that I didn't know about them before, and I also liked that you answer almost all the comments of the video. But I have a question, if someone wants a definition of abs similar to yours, do you recommend doing other exercises? and which ones? Because the internet is full of videos of guys with very good-looking bodies like yours and I always wonder if they only do the exercises in their videos for that kind of muscles...

OK, 6 months in doing your workouts and I can do this one pretty confidently with nice and safe technic. Persistence is the key here. Regular exercises is what matters, and eventually the results will come 👍

Hey Alex, Thanks for these videos. Being stuck in my bedroom working through lockdown these videos have been amazing. I have genuinely noticed improvements in my strength which has felt super rewarding (more so knowing how it came from body weight). I have some q's I hope you could answer! 1 - When I do a lot of these exercises I notice the gap from my back to my mat, how can I make it so my back lays completely flat so I can properly engage my core? 2 - Do you have any tips on the bicycle crunch? Whenever I try and do it I look like a flailing idiot rolling around on my mat 😅 Can never seem to get the motion right, therefore it never seems like a very efficient exercise for me right now. Would this be down to weaker core strength? If so, is there a beginners method to build up? Great workout! Cheers again

Good workout, however, without the timer, it really gave me a sense of endlessness and hopelessness, almost like I was working toward a goal that I couldn't see; please add a timer if it's possible.

How I wish my body look like yours!😥 Im 29 and I am too thin. I have no muscles just skinny bonny lanky guy!😭😭 I feel so envious to people who have good body figures! How I wish I will get bulk to build some muscles or get thicker coz it really affects my whole being as a person. I feel ashame showing to people because I felt that I was being judged by them because of my appearance. My confidence and self esteem is affected so much, I am not confident! Gaining weight is so challenging for me, considering that I have health issue few years ago. I hope I can achieve that goal for myself, to look more cofident with the people.
