These are great! I can't tell you how nice it is to find a channel where most of the videos have normal audio instead of blasting horrible techno/dance music throughout. For those of us with sensory issues, who can't listen to that noise while trying to follow a workout routine, this is much needed!

Honestly tried a lot of KZbin workouts but always come back to Mad. She’s the only one Who makes me feel the burn and also love all the tips she gives during the workout. Love you mad ❤ hope you’ll never stop giving us free workouts!

I LOVE how you say the movement and little reminders out loud so i don’t have to constantly watch my screen. So helpful if i’m watching at the gym. Thank you ❤❤❤

Did this one today. That 10-minute felt like 30-minute to me because there are some exercises new to me and the weight just makes the whole process even harder. I’ll definitely come back to this one again and try to do better! Thank you!!

This is a great one. I enjoyed the dumbbell being in one hand and using more muscles to even out the weight in your form. Incremental ways to increase the difficulty level is a wonderful way to get better and better.

Struggled with the sit up. Couldn't do it without really pushing ans rocking myself up without the dumbbell. You made it look so easy. 😢

@@officiallankaithihase456 yes of course She got more videos on categories that woman tend to do more like legs and booty But there's nothing you can't find, cardio weight's, equipment free workouts , youga pilates, stretching, and specific workout for ABS arms legs... Literally everything ☺️🙏
