You are so inspirational I was unhappy with my body I was always at a comfortable 120lbs with light workouts 3 times a week. But I lost my way with my passion for workouts and gained 15lbs. I started with your cycling and found your weight training and fell in love with your workouts. I now love my new physique and even updated my profile picture because I love where I'm at today. I'm not done yet 🎉😊

Terrific Finisher!! I loved all the moves, with my favorite being the scapula contraction for those postural muscles!!! Added this on to a climb based Spin ride and now I am feeling tall and strong!!! Thanks Kaleigh, really appreciate these Finisher workouts!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤩!!
