10 Minute post gym dinner | Egg Bagels recipe
Hey guys, just thought I’d share my quick post gym dinner recipe. I spent 4 mins prepping and 6 mins cooking these delicious hot egg bagels in my air fryer oven. The guacamole spicy ‪@doritos‬ dip was the perfect side for this filling, healthy, rich in fibre and protein dinner

Ingredients
2 bagels
Cheese
Tomato slices
Green chillies (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
Air fryer oven 6 mins at 200C
Fan oven- 15 mins in a pre-heated oven at 180C
