Did this exercise, and finished it up with some from my normal ab workout, and some cardio. hollow rocks challenge me in regards to form, The sprinter sit-ups too.

Allright. 11 months ago i started training with this specific vid (87kg). Normal eating and mtb riding. I do this vid (with like 3 others) just 3/4 times a week and my core is made of steel right now (76 kg) . Just start and do it.
