10 minute Kettlebell HIIT | Follow Along | 1 Arm Swings, Clean/Press, TGU | 5 rounds.10 Get Ups.
Requisite Skills: 1 arm swing, 1 arm clean and press, TGU
Equipment needed: 1 kettlebell. Lauryn is using 16 kg load in this video. Add load, but build endurance with a load before increasing the load too quickly and failing. Maintain the strong standards in your execrise practice for safety and strength.
Barres and Bells : JKettlebell Hiit classes
Diversify your workouts with training techniques like HIIT to challenge strength, endurance and the mental and physical limits of the body. Work on your skills independently and every once-and-a-while put them together for a cardiovascular and coordinating exercise practice.
Benefits of HIIT include lower resting heart rate while providing and efficient workout experience. These workouts are not unattainable for the beginner, but practice the basics first and expand your capacity for movement. Follow Along to chase the pleasurable burn needed to keep up with Lauryn in this follow along kettlebell HIIT workout.
Use the 1 arm swing, kettlebell press and Get-Up for a simple and strong exercise session. Add challenges by increasing the load, or regress to your skill level and groove the movements with bodyweight.
Start slow and stay strong and build the strength and endurance of an Iron Maiden like Lauryn. Follow along with simple and strong kettlebell workouts in the Barres and Bells HIIT Video series.
For an effective high intensity workout, limit your session to 15 minutes.
