The best pasta recipe with creamy sauce in less than 10 minutes! Simple and delicious pasta recipe. Simply heavenly. Simply irresistible! The quickest and most delicious recipe for creamy pasta.

My cup volume = 200 ml
🍝 Ingredients (3-4 servings):
300 g (10.5 oz) spaghetti (durum wheat)
Cook al dente
30 g (1 oz) butter
4 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
2 tbsp flour
Mix well
500 ml (1 pint / 2 1/2 cups) milk, gradually adding
Mix and stir
Salt, pepper, paprika
Herbal mixture
Mix and stir and let the sauce simmer for 7-8 minutes
50 g (1.7 oz) grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Add cheese and mix well
Add noodles and mix
a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Add the sauce to the pan and mix everything well
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
✅ Before serving, grated Parmigiano Reggiano or aromatic goat cheese to taste.

Looks good! In the US we call that a rue and it’s also the base of a country gravy without the garlic. Next time, add a little ground nutmeg just before adding the pasta. Delicious!

Not a secret. Its a typical mixture like italian herbs. It contains usually oregano, thyme, parsley, rosemary and may also have dried onions and garlic.

Yes that's what I do is an Italian herb or use oregano, basil, bay leaf, just your regular Italian style but I understand when you don't know or just learning how to cook it can be frustrating. It's better to use fresh bay leaves so your able to eat fresh bay leaves
