Good afternoon, wow what a powerful meditation, I'm a morning person so I feel for me this will benefit me before going to bed. Sometimes have too much on my mind and this will be perfect to enable me to have a wonderful satisfying sleep. I personally prefer to meditate at night versus in the morning as I find that my mind and body are more receptive to a meditation practice at night. As I always say, what works for one may not work for all. So feel free to choose a time that works best for you and your schedule. Wonderful video! Beautiful narration, gorgeous choreography, and an exquisite instructor (the adjectives are completely interchangeable!) Loved everything about this. For me, I think this is a great end of day meditation to carry your serenity into the dreaming hours. Hope all is going well and thanks for making my meditation time brighter.
