I do all these chillas have become a master in it.I used todo only besan chilla for my mum used to love them. Now I am expert in any type as I had to invent food for my daughter ( gluten/wheat/egg/dairy/spices free....lol what a dilemma. Even haleem I make gluten free

If you are making this for weight loss, don't add suji or besan. You should eat only 1 grain at a time for easy digestion. The moment you add multiple grains and protein then it becomes complex. Recipe is excellent no doubt.

Made this today. This was an instant success!! I did not bother chopping the veggies. Cut them into smaller chunks and pulsed them thrice in mixer for a course grated form. Quicker to cook that way. Also added one pinch of asafetida for that extra oomph! Thanks for the recipe!

Thank you so much for this recipe mam.... actually I usef to made oats dosa but it was failed bcoz it was so sticky and not able to flippable on the pan....but this was so easy and tasty too....By the way I used garam masala instead amchur bcoz even chat masala also not available for me.....but the taste was awsome.....thank uou so much mam😊😊😊
Instead of oil u can use butter or cow ghee to make it more efficient.

I have made oats chilla before but with other KZbin's video and I swear never wanted to eat that thing again. Somehow this video was in my feed and gave a watch. Thought to give it a try (as oats were kept untouched since that day), and LOVED IT! Just added a bit of peri peri masala, carrots & skipped tomatoes. Thank you. 💓
