During this lock down my mother has shifted the breakfast duty on my shoulders. I do everything ( at home of course) like plumbing, carpentry, marketing, electrical works and also COCONUT PREPARATION FROM TREE TO TABLE. But making breakfast for 3 is really tough for me. I was searching for a good, healthy and FAST Indian recipe and TODAY I TRIED THIS RECIPE. MA'AM BELIEVE ME IT TOOK ME ONLY 32 MINUTES IN TOTAL FROM WASHING THE VEGETABLES TO THE COMPLETE CHILLA FOR 3 PERSONS. MY PARENTS ARE REALLY HAPPY. AND ALL THE CREDITS GO TO YOU. THANK YOU VERY MUCH 😊.

Blessed Nisa: Over the past 3 days I have developed an avid interest in your recipes. While it is interesting to watch the video and see a list of the ingredients used, it would be great if you would also provide the recipe so one can print or save the recipe. It is difficult to take notes from the video. Thank you for your kind attention to this.

Great recipe, looks so yummy and surely healthy. One question, I saw you using a 'kuzhi' kind of stuff to grease oil on the tava. How do you make that kizhi? I have been advocating not to use cloth to grease tava. I know there are better things like half onion, rib of banana leaf, etc but these are difficult to make/get everytime. Any suggestions?

“This is a quick and easy breakfast” - for those living in western countries, unfortunately that is synonymous with cereal and milk or coffee and cake/muffin on the go. This is a weekend indulgence by comparison, even though it’s the way things should be (and used to be)! ❤️

You could have it for dinner too. And it would be lovely with plain yogurt!!
