Thank you, this felt very relieving. Didn't know I needed this so I'm really glad you shared this today. A lot of your videos help me better tune in with my body and improve my form a lot. Sometimes it's hard for me to decide to do pilates or slower movements like this cause there's this little belief in the back of my mind that "working out" is only things like heavy lifting or cardio and that there's no point in doing less. Your commentary on these videos really helps me to break free from that belief and helps me work on and with my body rather than just "working out." Thanks again. 😊

You'll always want to check with your doctor on fitness during pregnancy but overall there are no moves that are clearly contraindicated during pregnancy!
