I do have a bit of a confession to make. I don’t take breaks. I’m strong enough now that I don’t need to so I just keep doing the repetitions till you get through taking a break.😊 I love it!

When I think of exercise I usually lay down on the couch till the idea goes away, but I do I like your 10 minute routine for two reasons. Number one-It is only 10 minutes long. Number two-It is not all that strenuous, I can handle it. I just hope between walking and doing this 10 minute routine it is enough to keep me fit.

I love the 55 minutes work out. One thing is missing I have waist pain when I walked for about 10 minutes. I would like to walk for about 30 minutes. Is there something you can recommend? Thanks.

Hi there I want to say this is a great workout and I will continue to use it however it says it's for seniors I'm 67 years old I have muscular dystrophy that I'm in pretty good shape I can move and groove with the best of them let me tell you however when you're lifting weights you go too fast I thought it was all about form can you do something different and not go so fast just a little bit slower that's all I'm asking I prefer to do form and it doesn't look like it's too much form and it's more about being fast okay that's all I got to say take care have a great life I love you exercises

Hey Fatima, this is more of an advanced workout with weights as it is using weights. Stick to one of the standing exercise videos without equipment or even one of the seated ones to begin with. Also, make sure you've seen a doctor or Physiotherapist about that back! 🙂

Short, sweet, and effective. I've avoided the advanced weight workout, but was pleasantly surprised I could do it with some strategic use of weights: used water bottles for the forward arm raises and over head ones, but 3 lb. weights for everything else. My right shoulder is weak. Mini squats for me--better than nothing. Really feel energized doing the push ups. Now onto something else!...Anastasia

With strength exercises, every second day to allow muscles to recover, especially in the beginning. Aiming for at least 3x per week.

I like this one. I do the Upper Body with weights and have worked my way up to 4 pounds over the past few months. I did that first and then dropped to three pounds for this video. I also do the leg exerccise for seniors knee exercise and then the balance or challenging balance video I love your different videos. Also sometimes I do the core and the posture videos as well. Excellent work out,I have been diagnosed with myalgia,o fibromyalgia but I dont want to take any meds,so I am pushing myself the days that my body feels ache,so after a 2 mile walk,I came home and did this work out.I felt so good cause I can't do much today.Thanks
