10 minute Tres Leches Cake Recipe using a frying pan!

10 minute Tres Leches Cake in frying pan:
- 75 g All Purpose Flour ( 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 50 g Sugar (1/4 cup)
- 30 g Butter (1/4 stick)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 room temp Egg ( whisk quickly when you add it to the melted butter)
- 60 g Milk (1/4 cup)
- pinch of Salt
Use an 8 inch heavy bottom pan.
Tres Leches Milk Bath:
- 70 g Milk ( 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 50 g Heavy Cream ( or evaporated milk) ( 1/4 cup)
- 50 g Sweetened Condensed Milk (3 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Whipped Cream:
- 250 g Heavy Cream ( 1 cup )
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- Fresh Berries
