So sometimes we think that writing in a journal we think of it as a very intimidating process. Oh i've got to write now. I need to write something really good, no you don't have to write anything good. It doesn't have to be good at all. You don't even have to write. You can doodle, you can draw, you can scribble, you can write, you can make stupid words rhyme, you can write lyrics, you can draw album covers, you can see you can take a picture and paste it in there, you can draw a horrible picture of something that you remember. There are no rules with journaling and what you'll find when you're finished with the journal is you look back and i believe you'll start to see things you maybe will see how maybe you are a poet and didn't even know it you will see oh over the last few months when i filled my journal these are the things that turned me on in life. These are the things that propelled me to pull out the pen and write my journal. You're going to find themes of how you think and how you feel mentally in here and it's going to tell you a lot about yourself so take that journey hop on the left lane put the pedal to the metal don't be afraid to pull the pen out.

You can tell his parents brought him up with morals & values that he obviously lives day to day. I now get how he’s always get why he’s always kept his wife and children out of the whole Hollywood Scene. That’s where he goes on business but it’s not a good idea to have a family and/or raise kids. Something that will actually change your life (I know it did mine) was when I found God again and started praying every day and focusing on being thankful for what I do have, as opposed to being negative over all the things I didn’t. And when you pray, ask God (no matter what/who that is to you) to give you clarity, to help you recognize the signs that so many of us miss in our daily life. By doing this, you will begin to find that your choices will being ending up leaving you happier, and you will make far less mistakes that leave you down or hurt. Clarity in decision-making is the key to true happiness. And always remember, everyone is here for and with their own specific purpose, but in order to fulfill that purpose, we must make the right decisions-do we go left or right at this junction-along the road to fulfillment and enlightenment. And then true happiness becomes a forgone conclusion, it will be there waiting for you once you achieve whatever it is you were put on this planet to do. Blessings on everyone!

There was a lot of bits of advice in there. Most great speeches have a straight direction with stories to drive a point home. He basically went from one point to another. Compare this to a Dave Chappelle story and you'll get my point.
