No, I feel that if I were to have a game that is a randomly generating game and I had a feature where it physically stops you from progressing without bringing to much into said game, I'd be disappointed in myself too for implementing that. Imagine a halt type of character in Minecraft, speed running would be atrocious... But I can see halt being introduced to be a boss and I would really like that. It will play into the lore and prove it's worth to exist. And also you can tell the design is not the greatest, it has the least love from all the characters out there. I feel that Splash probably updated it to atleast have it feel a part of the game and not just some random entity they added to make the game more. Emphasis on random
