Thanks Jackie for another great quick video. I woke up with a very stiff low back and hip, so I did one of your videos for stretching these areas and finished with this quick one for strength and just did the easier option for all the exercises, since today because of my back that is all I felt I could do. I feel great. Thank you so much.

In the shorter videos, it would be helpful to do some warm up and cool down so that we don’t injure ourselves.

Hi Merry. But then it wouldn’t be a shorter video ! If you have good technique, don’t do too much too soon and choose the right options for your body then the exercises in this video are a perfect warm up for stretching. I also recommend that you stretch after and I have made many many flexibility videos. Lots of hard work on my part and all for free.
