in fairness, when you are fighting you dont even feel acl,mcl,pcl,lcl injuries. I fully tore of my mcl in sparring and sparred 7 more rounds after the injury. It wasnt until I got up from the computer at the front of the gym than my hand touched my knee and a yelp came out of my mouth. I looked around to see who got hurt until I realized the noise came from me. When I woke up the next day my leg was frozen. But honestly when it tore it just felt like someone put fibre glass in my knee and it was just really really itchy. I kept wanted to scratch at it while I sparred. You can 100% still stand on it and even run and fight. You just wont generate much power and have no balance. And each subsequent trauma to the area makes the injury much worse.

3:52 Shouldn't on this list. Way to early stoppage...even for a regular fight....but especially for a championship fight. Valid circumstances shouldn't be on this list IMO. "Cruz is usually humble in defeat....but this time he wasn't".....Um yeah maybe because it was a bs stoppage. The Cody fight was a clear loss but to have a fight end so early in a championship match is horrible. That has never happened to me, but I've been in an mma match were my opponent was screwed by the ref by an early stoppage and I felt bad for him. He was totally fine but the ref stopped it like I was murdering him or something.
