Sad but true, especially about buying vegetables. And sometimes the problem occurs because sellers offer only washed vegetables, such as carrots. Washed veggies have less time to expire

Vegetables and other products in the Netherlands aren't having lots and lots of preservatives and chemicals in/on them. Those are forbidden. That's why they waste more easily than in other countries, which in fact only means they are healthier

@@tetianatrofymets7940 Yes that's regulated too. Too much sugar is unhealthy, besides Dutch people usually don't like sugar that much
