I so wish they went back to creating these crazy themed maps with actual map based streaks. They were so much fun and so memorable. I feel like the special events they do now such as Godzilla would be more memorable if they made a map themed around it and you could also get a streak from a care package that makes you able to kill people with Godzilla's radiation beam. Instead this particular event with be remembered for the 80 dollar glove.

The one that always comes to my mind is the face off map Vortex in MW3, that map imo had one of the coolest settings ever in cod for me with the farm and tornado

BO1 DLC maps were just about all bangers - Stadium, Discovery, Berlin Wall, Kowloon, Convoy, Hotel, Zoo, Hazard, all SO freaking good. We really just need a COD Collection like Halo has with the Master Chief Collection already or something like COD Online but world wide. There's just been so many good maps I wish I could play on again.

I have long believed that the BO1 dlc was the best in franchise history. Not only were the mp maps on average excellent, but we were getting some great zombies maps alongside all of the mp greatness! Map packs well worth the $15 we paid for them.

Bailout!! I completely forgot about that map. The MW2 DLC maps were all over the place. You’d hardly play them because not all your friends would have the DLCs. Trailer Park and Carnival were awesome and Fuel was the worst map ever 😂

@@JGr2000 I enjoyed mw2019 but that’s because I mainly play campaigns but I think that was the last good campaign we had, in my opinion bo4 was bad except blackout the specialists broke the flow as you could be on a streak just to get popped by a tempest, I feel like they should have just made specialist abilities a bonus streak that you got after 9 kills as you specialist and have an announcer announce that a guy is using his ability and then the game should perma mark him on the mini map while he uses his ability. Also the reactor core was op on fire break and was more powerful than most main specialist abilities

I know this isn’t a zombies channel but, for anyone interested I’m currently working on a reimagintion and combination of two BO1 DLC maps. Stockpile and Hangar-18. Discovery is also a map I plan on making in its own glory. I’m just trying to bring some of the long forgotten Black Ops (OG) maps to light in some way. I think people will really like the layouts planned for a zombie version of the maps :)

Hanoi from BO1 has to be one of my favorites that have never came back. Flak Tower and London Docks from WWII are great and deserve another shot as well Fuel from MW2 is one that should never see the light of day again haha. Add Carbon from MW3 to that list as well

As someone who played Infinite Warfare for two years, I believe most of the launch maps of Infinite Warfare is very well made for Boots on the Ground setup. I mostly stayed on the ground in Infinite Warfare and I still did well.

Infinite Warfare to me followed suit like Ghosts did with fun and bright dlc maps. Especially with the themed seasons, but to mentioned a few I actually enjoyed was Altitude, Depot 22, Turista (Cod Days of Summer map was fun af), Permafrost, Neon, and Noir. The last one Noir was pretty cool as night maps are good sometimes if implemented correctly. Just having the whole map doused in darkness with not lights is not a good example. Noir had a presence and complete theme to it with decent lighting to make so it’s not like running blindly in the dark.

COMBINE (BO3) was one of the most iconic maps for me. Anytime I think of BO3 I think of that map. Advanced movement was a pretty big part of that map so it probably wouldn't play well with boots on the ground CODs but it was still an extremely fun map!!
