Nice presentation. As it is about legal terms, it might be wise to put a warning in that some of the terms might have slightly different meanings in different countries (USA, UK. and others).

My sir, What is the difference between 'In your name ' under your name '? Where i can use them ?
@SingleStepEnglish
@SingleStepEnglish 18 күн бұрын
Here is the difference between the two. In Your Name This phrase means something is done on behalf of someone or officially representing them. It signifies authorization or ownership. Examples: "I signed the contract in your name." (I signed it as your representative or with your permission.) "The car is registered in your name." (The car officially belongs to you.) Use "in your name" when referring to ownership, representation, or formal actions done on someone's behalf. Under Your Name This refers to something listed, filed, or categorized using someone's name. It’s more about how information is stored or organized rather than ownership or representation. Examples: "The hotel booking is under your name." (The reservation was made using your name.) "The package is under your name at the post office." (The package is labeled with your name.) Use "under your name" when talking about a record, reservation, or item assigned to a specific name. Summary: "In your name" = Ownership or acting on behalf of someone. "Under your name" = Something listed or stored using their name.

May you also show the IPA at the same time with the respelling, I dont think Japanese or other non native english speaker would have a higher present that being more familiar with respelling rather than IPA.
